When you come please bring along the following documents (this enables us to quickly and effectively recommend a treatment to suit you individual circumstances):

Bloodreports |
Woman: |
- HIV, Hepatitis B and C, TPHA (LUES) - Rubella titre - Hormones: FSH, LH, E2, progesterone, TSH, T3, T4, prolactin (to be taken between the 1st and 4th day of the menstruation cycle!) Reports must not be older than 3 months!

Man: |
- HIV and Hepatitis B and C, TPHA (LUES) Reports must not be older than 3 months!

| 2. |
Marriage certificate |
in the case of unmarried couples a transcript issued by the court of law or a notary in which your partner agrees with the carrying out of artificial fertilisation (necessary under Austrian reproduction laws).

Two spermiograms |
These must be no more than 2 years old and have been carried out at least 4 weeks apart. If you don't have an updated spermiogram, we ask you not to have sexual intercourse for three days before your appointment with us so that we can carry out a test in the clinic (costing between € 60.00 to 104.50, depending on the type of test carried out).

Gynaecological reports |
- ultrasounds to exclude cysts (not older than 3 months) - updated PAP smear (carried out within the last year) - bacteria culture (not older than 3 months) - any relevant surgery reports

Reports from previous attempts at IVF made at other institutes

E-card of both partners |

We would like to point out that we charge € 125.00 gross for the first consultation with the doctor. We advise our couples to allow plenty of time for examinations and consultations as a relaxed frame of mind helps in the success of the treatment! | |
